College to present 9th annual Christmas with the Choirs
Special performance starts at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 6th at Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption
Marietta, Ohio (12/04/2017) — Marietta College's Department of Music is excited to host the ninth annual Christmas with the Concert Choir and Orchestra on Wednesday, Dec. 6th.
Concertgoers will be treated to the same, high-quality Christmas music of past performances as it begins at 7:30 p.m. in the beautiful Basilica of St. Mary of Assumption. Joining the choirs for a third consecutive year is the Marietta Children's Choir.
The Children's Choir has around 30 local kids from grades fourth through eighth who have been practicing since September. The Children's Choir will have its own Christmas performance at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 9th, at the First Congregational Church, 318 Front St., Marietta.
Both concerts are free and open to the public, but donations will be accepted.
