College Factual recognizes Marietta as a 'Best For Your Money' institution
Marietta College ranked in Top 30 percent of Best Nationwide Colleges
Marietta, Ohio (09/12/2018) — Marietta College, who has been consistently ranked among the best in the nation by multiple organizations this fall, is ranked 542nd in College Factual's Best Nationwide Colleges For Your Money out of 1,510 institutions that earned a ranking.
Marietta was selected 545th out of 1,779 in an overall ranking (top 30 percent) of the Best Nationwide Colleges, and 24th out of 81 in the state for the Best Ohio Colleges.
Marietta also earned high rankings in highest paid graduates in engineering, finance and marketing, as well as best value in engineering and geology.
College Factual's ranking system is based on a series of algorithms that include information from the Department of Education, nationally mandated data reporting for institutions and Payscale.com.
Overall, Marietta received 13 "Badges" that highlighted attributes ranging from Best Value and Most Focused to Highest Paid Graduates. Within those rankings, Marietta earned one Top 1 percent spot, three Top 5 percent spots, five Top 10 percent spots and four Top 15 percent spots.
