Bay Shore, New York, resident named Marietta College's 2018 Outstanding Young Alumna
Marietta, Ohio (10/22/2018) — Jessica Kelley '07, MCM'08, a 10-time Emmy® Award winning documentary producer for Newsday Media Group in New York City, recently received the Outstanding Young Alumna award from her alma mater, Marietta College.
Kelley, of Bay Shore, New York, was honored during the Marietta College Alumni Association Awards ceremony on Saturday, October 13th.
She is currently the producer for Feed Me TV where she directs her 10-person team to create "documentainment" content on Long Island's restaurant and food scene.
"Newsday reminds me of Marietta College," she said. "It's a place that encourages innovation. It gives you the freedom to create work that you're passionate about. There's also strong leadership that runs the company that is always there cheering you on. That was much like my experience (at Marietta College)."
