Stuckey's Corp. Chair to speak at Marietta College
Marietta, OH (04/01/2024) — Marietta College is excited to welcome Stephanie Stuckey, Chair of the iconic Stuckey's Corporation, for a special Business Q&A at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 15, in Thomas 124. She will discuss "Stuckey's Comeback Journey" - how she revived the classic roadside brand founded by her grandfather in 1937. Under her leadership, Stuckey's has reclaimed its status as a beloved highway stop serving pecan snacks, souvenirs, and nostalgia to travelers across America.
Since acquiring Stuckey's in 2019, Ms. Stuckey has rapidly grown the business by expanding manufacturing, retail partners, e-commerce, and more. Sales of Stuckey's products have increased from $2 million to over $14 million in just a few years.
In addition to leading Stuckey's resurgence, Ms. Stuckey has an accomplished background in law, politics, sustainability, and education. She is a recognized leader in Georgia business and civic life.
Stuckey will also present to the Economic Roundtable of the Ohio Valley at noon, Tuesday, April 16, at the Parkersburg Country Club in Vienna, West Virginia.
