Marietta students awarded career development grants for transformative summer experiences

Marietta, OH (04/30/2024) — The Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development at Marietta College has announced the recipients of its Career Development Summer Experiential Education Grants. These highly competitive grants are designed to empower students to pursue pivotal professional development opportunities over the summer months.

The grants, made possible through the generosity of Marietta College's alumni and friends during the annual Day of Giving, will facilitate invaluable hands-on learning experiences through internships, research projects, studying abroad, and conference presentations.

"We're thrilled to support these exceptional students as they engage in enriching summer endeavors," said Dr. Jacqueline Khorassani, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development. "From graphic design to finance, these experiences will provide unparalleled career preparation and open doors to their future success."
