Marietta College inducts 16 students into business honoraries

Marietta, Ohio (05/06/2019) — Marietta College recently inducted 12 students into Tau Pi Phi, the national business honorary, and four students into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the national honorary for economics.

Students inducted into Tau Pi Phi were Tianhui Cao '21 (Shanghai, China), Rachel George '20 (Lake Forest, Illinois), Grace Haas '19 (Coolville, Ohio), Jack Hirschfield '19 (Marietta, Ohio), Tyler Lajko '20 (North Olmsted, Ohio), Kaylee Lang '22 (Stockport, Ohio), Mackenzie Marshall '19 (Sardis, Ohio), Tara Moore '19 (Oberlin, Ohio), Robert Phillips '21 (Elkins, West Virginia), Taylor Rinard '20 (Newport, Ohio), Mel Shuler '19 (Columbus, Ohio) and Anqi Zhao '19 (Wenling, China).

Students inducted into ODE were Austin Fligor '20 (Middletown, Ohio), Chenfeng Gao '19 (Beijing, China), Anqi Zhao '19 (Wenling, China) and Xuan Zhu '19 (Shandong Province, China).

Located in Marietta, Ohio, at the confluence of the Muskingum and Ohio rivers, Marietta College is a four-year liberal arts college. Tracing its roots to the Muskingum Academy back in 1797, the College was officially chartered in 1835. Today Marietta College serves a body of 1,200 full-time students.
