Free planetarium show 'One Sky' featured at MC on March 21
Marietta, OH (03/14/2024) — Marietta College is excited to offer a free, public, full-dome showing of "One Sky" at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, in the Anderson Hancock Planetarium.
One Sky Project is an international collaboration focused on increasing understanding of cultural and indigenous astronomy, its historical and modern applications, and how One Sky connects us all.
Eclipse glasses will be available for a small donation in preparation for the solar eclipse occurring on April 8 of this year.
Each public show includes a live presentation about the current night sky, followed by a full-dome planetarium video and a Q&A period. Please note that all public shows are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
