Emily Tornes earns recognition at Marietta College's annual Spring Honors Convocation

Marietta College's Emily Tornes of Lowell, Ohio, was recognized at the annual Spring Honors Convocation at the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center.

Tornes, who is majoring in Early Childhood Education and Intervention Specialist, received the Raymond G. Guthrie Outstanding Student Teacher Award and Ohio Space Grant Consortium - Education on April 20 in the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center.

Tornes is a graduate of Fort Frye High School.
