Marietta College hosting 97th Messiah performance on December 3

Marietta, OH (11/28/2023) — Music lovers, get amped for a true Marietta tradition - the 97th annual Messiah performance!

On Sunday, December 3, at 7:00 p.m., head to the stunning Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption at 506 Fourth St. for a glorious night of Handel's iconic "Messiah" performed by Marietta College's Oratorio Choir and a professional orchestra.

This is a great opportunity to soak in the gorgeous acoustics and breathtaking melodies of this Baroque masterpiece. With nearly a century of Messiah performances here, this is an incredible opportunity to experience an enduring campus tradition.
